How does it feel on the hair?
Like nothing is on your hair! Unlike typical products used to control and style curls (creams, serums, oils, gel sprays etc) Dream Coat for Curly hair does not coat hair with heavy weight build up that leave curls greasy and droopy or stiff, crisp and crunchy, Dream Coat for Curly Hair feels like NOTHING is on the hair, but the texture looks and feels exceptionally healthy and hydrated.

How often do I have to reapply the product?
Reapply Dream Coat for Curly Hair whenever you shampoo and condition your hair. Or, on days when you don’t wash your hair, wet your hair thoroughly then saturate with Dream Coat for Curly Hair. Air dry, or blow-dry using a diffuser.

What is the difference between Dream Coat for Curly Hair and Dream Coat Supernatural Sealant?

Dream Coat for Curly Hair was specifically formulated for styling and enhancing naturally curly hair, whether air-dried or blow-dried with a diffuser. It is a ground-breaking, tri-polymer technology that replaces typical heavy curl-control products that weigh hair down, make it dull, greasy, crisp or crunchy. Used on classic curls and waves, Dream Coat for Curly delivers the never-before-achievable silky, glossy, healthy-looking curls of your dreams.

Can I use other products with Dream Coat for Curly Hair?
After shampooing and conditioning, you can apply Color Wow hair-rehabbing cocktails (Coconut Cocktail to hydrate your hair, Kale Cocktail to strengthen your hair) while your hair is damp, before saturating with Dream Coat for Curly Hair.
However, “natural curls” vary widely: all curls patterns, hair density, porosity and texture are different! Dream Coat for Curly Hair is ideal classic waves, curls and sprials. For most of these curl types, it’s a “one-and-done” styling solution, so no other products are required.

For tighter, thicker or kinkier curls and coils, Dream Coat for Curly Hair is an ideal “primer” to hydrate curls and give a glossy, silky texture. These nature of these curls and the look you want to achieve may require heavier, more viscous product to shape curls.

Is Dream Coat for Curly Hair heat-activated?
No! The product is designed for letting curls air-dry naturally. If you do use a blow-dryer, we recommend using a diffuser. The formula does provide heat protection.
